On site, Vasily and Nick were very friendly and polite and worked very professionally and efficiently everyday. We liked that Lotus was flexible with minor changes we did and each step completed was done to the highest standards and as promised. Their crew was on time every day and were great about tidying it up. Above all, timing was right on spot and within a week our small backyard and side of our home was completely transformed.
